I got to school yesterday and my first painting was hanging on the wall! I was very happy to see it there.
For my second painting, we put 2 blobs of (primary) paint on a small piece of paper and then folded the paper together to mix the paint (making secondary colors). These were called "blotter bugs". Yesterday we used markers to make the legs and eyes.
Yesterday we used watercolors to find a hidden picture. (Parents: Very easy. Take a white piece of paper. Draw a picture on it using a white crayon. Then let your kid paint the picture with water colors. The crayon picture is revealed.)

Painting School
This is me and Ee in front of my school.
I am painting a blue path and a red path.
Mommy and Daddy signed me up for PAINTING SCHOOL!!! I love to paint and wanted to go to school. Today was my first day. We read some stories about colors. I learned that primary colors are red, blue and yellow. We colored a picture with red, blue, and yellow. Then we painted on a BIG piece of paper with SPONGES! I had so much fun. Mommy didn't even stay in the class with me. I am a big girl and stayed all by myself. I get to go again tomorrow. One day this week we are going to paint with purple.
I am painting a blue path and a red path.
I will tell you what happens tomorrow.
